After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept the item for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

🔄 Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

📦 For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


❗ Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased as final sale or promotional discounts are not eligible for refunds.

  • Gift cards and custom orders are also non-refundable.
